MBSR PROGRAM
WEDNESDAYS • 10:30AM-12PM • FEBRUARY 5TH - MARCH 25TH
MBSR is a blend of meditation, body awareness, and yoga. In this 8 week program we will learn through practice and study how our bodies handle and can resolve stress neurologically. During this MBSR program, we will learn skills that increase our ability to:

Cope with stress, pain and the challenges of everyday life

Deal with disturbing events with grace and composure

Be fully present and alive in every moment
This course is highly experiential and the daily practice is important. It takes time and practice to use these mindfulness techniques effectively:

8 consecutive, weekly 1.5 hour sessions in group

daily, at home mindfulness practices 20-40 minutes in length
MEDITATION FOR ALL
2 OPTIONS : WEDNESDAYS • 12:15PM-1PM • FEBRUARY 5TH - MARCH 11TH or
TUESDAYS • 6PM-7PM • MARCH 10TH - APRIL 14TH
During this class you will be guided into a more accepting mindset through the use of guided imagery and affirmations that help you re-program your mind body and emotions to become naturally balanced. Anyone open yet skeptical to the benefits of regular meditation could enjoy this class. Take a break from your busy day feeling refreshed after just 1 hour.
This course is experiential:

MEDITATION 101 WORKSHOP
SATURDAY • 9AM-12PM • MAY 9TH
Balance your mind, body and emotions by developing your own meditation practice. During this 3 hour workshop you will learn and practice meditation techniques to help you develop an at home practice. Anyone open yet skeptical to the benefits of regular meditation could enjoy this workshop. Our workshop includes meditation basics, 3 meditations with time to practice each and best practices for fitting meditation into your daily life.
MINDFULNESS 101
SATURDAY • 9AM-12PM • MAY 23RD
In this workshop we investigate mindfulness starting with the basics; you'll learn more about what mindfulness actually is, why it's important, and how you can use it in your daily life. By the end of our workshop you will see that mindfulness can be a simple and practical tool to help you find more balance in your daily life. Our 3 hour workshop includes mindfulness concepts, mind "exercises" and applications into daily living.
