As graduates of a previous 8 week MBSR program, we acknowledge that it takes time and practice to use mindfulness techniques effectively. In this monthly Graduates Program we will expand on our MBSR foundations, sharing and learning through practice and study. During this MBSR Graduates Program, we will continue to share skills that increase our ability to:
Cope with stress, pain and the challenges of everyday life
Deal with disturbing events with grace and composure
Be fully present and alive in every moment
This MBSR Graduates Program may combine meditation, body awareness, and yoga into educational and supportive sessions.
